CBSE Class 10th result 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the Class 10th results 2026 soon on the official website, cbse.gov.in. While various claims are circling on social media sites claiming that the results can be released today, there is no official notice mentioning the same.However, DigiLocker has issued a notification indicating that the CBSE Class 10th result 2026 will be declared shortly. It is likely to be declared before April end. The official tweet by the DigiLocker mentions, “Don’t wait till result day-set up your DigiLocker account now and stay ready.” It also advises students that, “Students without an APAAR ID need to create their account. Students with an APAAR ID linked to CBSE will receive their mark sheets in DigiLocker’s Issued Documents section after results are published.“

CBSE Class 10th result 2026: How to create APAAR ID

DigiLocker has emphasised that students without an APAAR ID must generate one to avoid last-minute access barriers.Steps to create APAAR ID:

  1. Open the DigiLocker portal or app
  2. Register or log in using mobile number or Aadhaar
  3. Complete OTP-based authentication
  4. Navigate to the APAAR/Academic Bank of Credits section
  5. Enter required student details
  6. Generate and link the APAAR ID to academic records

CBSE Class 10th result 2026: Steps to download scorecards from DigiLocker

Candidates can follow the steps elucidated here to download the CBSE Class 10th scorecards from DigiLocker:

  • Go to the DigiLocker website or mobile application
  • Sign in using a registered mobile number or Aadhaar-linked credentials
  • Navigate to the “Issued Documents” section
  • Select CBSE as the issuing authority
  • Click on “Class 10 Marksheet 2026”
  • Enter roll number and other required credentials
  • Download the digitally signed marksheet for official use
