According to the US weekly report, Paris and Janet Jackson skipped the ‘Michael’ biopic premiere in LA. The absence was noticed, amid the presence of several other relatives who came to support, like Jermaine Jackson, La Toya Jackson, Marlon Jackson, and Jackie Jackson, alongside Paris’ brother Prince Jackson.Though Bigi Jackson also attended the LA event, he was present at the Berlin premiere earlier in the month.

Reportedly, after the private family screening of the biopic, things didn’t go down well with the whole Jackson family. According to Globe, Janet Jackson, 59, openly criticised the film. “She was like, ‘No! This is horrible. They are doing a disservice,’” mentioned the outlet.However, her 71-year-old brother Jermaine, whose son Jaafar, 29, has essayed the role of Michael in the biopic, reportedly confronted her. He requested Janet for her suport for the sake of the family’s legacy.Meanwhile, Paris, 28, also didn’t mince her words and publicly thrashed the movie. Us Weekly reported that last year, taking to her social media, Paris called out the Michael Jackson biopic being sugarcoated. She also accused the filmmakers of inaccuracy and announced that she had zero involvement in the production, contrary to the claims.Further, the Jackson family feud is not limited to the movie alone. According to Globe, Janet has been persuading Paris to ramp up her legal battle over the control of Michael’s estimated $789 million estate. Reportedly, in the fight, the coexecutors John Branca and John McClain have been accused of mishandling Michael’s fortune.US Weekly reported that Branca and McClain deny the charges. It further stated that Janet’s inner circle says that there is no family feud among the Jacksons.
