The actor took to his social media account earlier in the day and posted an emotional note for her. While celebrating the occasion of their 25th anniversary, he penned down a note in Hindi, which started off by saying that “Anand se purna samay tezi se beet jata hai, uske guzarne ka pata hi nahin chalta, lagta hai jaise kal ki baat thi। dekhte hi dekhte aaj mere aur parampriya renuka ji ke vivah ke 25 varsh purna ho gaye” (Time filled with joy passes so quickly, it seems as if it were just yesterday. In no time, today marks 25 years of marriage between my beloved Renuka ji and me.) In the rest of the post he talked about how marriage does not have the capability of changing someone, though it does help in expanding and refining each other’s personalities. He added on that “Jis sthan par do nadiyan aapas mein milti hain jahan unka sangam hota hai wah sthan pavitra tirth mana jata hai, vaise hi varnashram vyavastha mein grihasthashram bhi tirth ki bhaanti hota hai। kyonki vivah ke paschat do bhinn chetnaen agni ko sakshi mankar ek dusre se sada ke liye abhinn ho jaati hain unka dvait bhav samapt hokar advait mein rupantarit ho jata hai” (The place where two rivers meet is considered a sacred pilgrimage site. Similarly, within the Varna system, the Grihastha Ashram is also considered a pilgrimage site. After marriage, two distinct consciousnesses, with fire as witness, become eternally inseparable. Their duality dissolves and transforms into non-duality.”Rana posted the emotional message along with a video of the two of them exchanging varmalas, along with two other photos of them over the years. The two got married in 2001 and share two sons, Shauryaman and Satyendra.
